I still have a heavy heart knowing that we won't see Carol at our reunion.  I was told she was looking

forward to it.  Carol was the only friend who was a classmate of mine from kindergarten through high

school. We were majorettes together and later both ended up living in California.  Although we didn't

stay in touch over the years, I did hear how extremely passionate she was in her varied interests.

Does anyone know the circumstances of Carol's passing?

I too will miss seeing Carol at the reunion.  We kept in touch after Schurz and I remember visiting her in Minneapolis where she went to nursing school.  Some years later I saw her at the home of Marsha Mobilio (Marsha's family moved to California in the summer of 1961).  We exchanged Christmas cards until her death.  What a surprise when the last one I sent was returned.  Her Christmas newsletters were always filled with so much love and enthusiasm.  The world is a better place for having had Carol in it.

Carol was a fellow Sorority Mate in High School.   She was one of us in the picuture that appears on the classmates photo stream at a PJ party.   We were are such fun loving kids at school!   It was great to find another with a sense of humor that matched mine!   Now I found she moved to California.   Does anybody know WHERE in California she moved?   I came to San Jose to go to school....but have remained here since graduating high school!   Another one who will be missed but I was so glad to know in school!    Great Lady!!!

I know she is causing the angels to laugh where she is!   Shine on for us!
