enjoying life! I have traveled all over the united states, Europe, parts of
Mexico and Canada.. I worked for the village of Skokie for 40 years, have
done some volunteer jobs, organized a couple grade school class reunions,
maintained friendships with some grade school classmates, hosted two
foreign exchange students and now volunteers with a program that takes
dogs into CPS to teach dog safety and reading.. and work as a volunteer
for special ed adults.. I am mom/owner of two dogs and stepmom for
one additional dog... and just went white water rafting for the first time...

during the first few days I was stuck in a people jam... near the triangle..
spotted a former grade school classmate that I was not very fond of..
came home to excitedly tell my mother that I saw this person... she reminded me that I was not fond of her... that didn't matter anymore, at least she was someone I knew!
